"I can't begin to shout out loud enough my praises towards Ryan. I was in a troubled situation and very badly needed my house to sell. I first signed a contract with another realtor and for the first four months of it being on the market there was absolutely no movement. I felt so trapped and worried that my house was never going to sell. After much consideration I decided to let my first realtor go. I had heard about Ryan and noticed he had a handful of houses in my neighborhood for sale. The thing I also noticed is that these houses were moving very quickly. When I hired Ryan, he did more in the first 24 hrs than my previous realtor did in four months. Not to my surprise, he had my house sold in 3 weeks and for a price I was very happy with. He was straight forward with me and gave me realistic outcomes and scenarios with every angle of my sell.
